In this program, students will be trained in:

· Psychology of building skills
· Methodology of teaching, training, and learning
· Presence of mentoring, transmitting, and transformation
· Building a wisdom lineage based on the Enneagram
· Knowledge about how to transfer the wisdom of the Enneagram
· Certify the teaching skills of the students

Content of this module:

• The Scandinavian Model of Learning will be introduced.
• Understanding the difference between Type, Point, Motive, Strategy, Behavior, and Fear. The root of the Enneagram and what to teach in which order. 
• The history of the Enneagram. This covers both the history and what to teach about history. The wisdom lineage, the influence of a different teacher, the Enneagram of today, etc. 
• Third-generation coaching. Using philosophical coaching to explore the mindset of our students, using the levels of Capacity and levels of Competency to build a teaching program with a focus on building new skills.
• Group & Team dynamics. Setting up a class using the psychological aspect of group & team dynamics.
• Using the Enneagram in different domains of teaching. Understanding how to present or teach the Enneagram in Teamwork, Relationship, Leadership, Spirituality, and for Teenagers.
• Triads. Understanding the different triads, how they are balanced within each other and how they can balance each other. 
• The Power of Triads. Learning how to use the many triads as openers for conversations and exercises, central elements in teaching, building trust in the class, and for quicker learning of the different aspects of the Enneagram.
• Creating Exercises. It is central to great teaching to design and conduct engaging exercises.

Certification:

• This is an IEA Accredited Program that provides 36 IEA points per module.
• Each module separately provides a diploma of completion.
• The complete Certified Teacher and Trainer certification is acquired after completion of all three Modules - TT1, TT2, and TT3.
